How it works

  • Every paid mailbox gets a number, in the order it’s paid for, across all accounts.
  • Its founding status is set when it’s paid for and never changes.
  • Upgrading storage moves the mailbox to that size’s price, the same for everyone. It stays a founding mailbox.
  • From mailbox 1,001, new mailboxes are US$12 a year for 10 GB.
  • On Compliance, founding mailboxes are US$30 a year instead of US$40.
